You wanted larger packs of Biltong, you got it! So now you can share with the whole family.There is no secret sauce in making good quality biltong, you simply need to use good quality beef and have an eye for detail too many people get poor results by cutting corners. Our beef is sourced locally, low fat and tender. You can be assured we do not use offcuts for our biltong, no sinew, just cured strips of meat, spiced the right way and aired in our commercial dryers to give us consistent results.We do not overdry the product, its simply left in our dryers for around 3 days to finish up as medium wet biltong.
